Vision: The college as a center of Excellence for Teacher Education in the Asia Pacific Region. The college offers two programs:
- Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) (203 credit hours) and Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) major in English (206 credit hours).
Students are trained to obtain knowledge and skills that would qualify them for the various functions and roles involved in the teaching profession, such as, obtaining teaching competencies to teach in the pre-school, grade school and high school levels with well-planned curriculums for general education, field of specialization and education; to prepare them for the National Competency Based Teachers Standards (NCBTS) Exam; and to actively participate in community activities. Specifically, students had been involved in out-reach programs such as adopting a school and tree planting activities. Students are also provided opportunities to participate in other intra/extracurricular activities through its own Future Educators Association (FEDA). They are also members of the United Future Educators (UFED), which is composed of all teacher education students in the city.
