The Center of Excellence in Criminology Education in the country producing highly and globally competitive, and values-oriented criminology professionals.

We promote the culture of quality in order to train individuals to be in the highest echelon of proficiency and efficiency in knowledge and skills.

Specifically, it shall endeavor to:

1. Produce new knowledge that has local, regional, national, and global relevance through criminological research;
2. Instill in criminology students and faculty the value of faith in the Divine Providence in adherence to the constitutional mandates and the administration of criminal justice,
   and above all, being God-fearing;
3. Engage in environmental activities to promote ecological awareness and sustainability;
4. Provide avenues for growth and development in the areas of Public Safety and Security
   Services, Law Enforcement Administration, Criminalistics and Correctional Administration;
5. Train hopeful criminologists for productivity development to compete globally; and
6. Produce professionals and leaders who will impact the country and the world.
