To have the most efficient, effective and successful Sports Program among the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines and in the Asia-Pacific Region.
1. Assist students in their quest for attaining complete, assured, consistent and quality education by tapping, developing, harnessing and balancing their personal, academic, non-academic, athletic, and social potentials.;
2. Contribute to the molding of well-rounded student-athletes with excellent knowledge and skills in the curricular, co-curricular, non-curricular and extra-curricular areas;
3. Produce sports professionals equipped not only with athletic skills and know-how but also imbued with academic and leadership traits and values which allow them to contribute to the betterment of persons, families, communities, country and the world, and
4. Instill among the student-athletes the core values of a true JMarian that shall make them role-models for others to emulate.
