ONLINE ADMISSION & ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR NEW STUDENTS
Login to student portal:
1. First, open your browser.
2. Then type https://prism.jmc.edu.ph/public/auth/login in your address bar.
3. It will redirect you to the log-in module
4. Click the New Account.
5. You will be redirected to the Online Admission.
6. Fill out the Application form – Personal Information, Educational Background, Applicant Photo,
Family Information, Other Information, Required Documents, Entrance Exam Preferred Date
7. Then, click Next
8. Review your application form and read the terms and conditions
9. Click Proceed and Submit to proceed.
10. Check the notification email on your provided email address. The system will notify via email
your application status and exam schedule.
11. Once admitted, you may now sign up and create student account to proceed to enrollment.
