The College of Business Education is due to expand its course offerings adding at least four more programs starting next school year 2019-2020 and in succeeding school year. This was disclosed by its Program Head, Mr. Alexis Laranas Baligod.
Mr. Baligod stated that for the next school year 2019-2020, the new course offering are, BSBA majors in Marketing Management, Human Resource Development and Management and BS in Management Accounting. In the succeeding school year 2020-2021 an additional course will be offered by the department which is BS in Public Administration.
The decision to offer these additional courses came as a result of incessant requests from the public, stated Mr. Baligod.
“Business courses are the most sought after nowadays. Companies are expanding every year and alongside this phenomenon is a rise in the demand for graduates of business courses. Business graduates can also at their option, decide to put up their own companies or businesses which can eventually generate more jobs for the country.” Mr. Baligod added.
