STUDENTS ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT GUIDE

For Old Students

For New Students

Login to Student Portal

1. First, open your browser.

2. Then type https://prism.jmc.edu.ph/public/auth/login in your address bar.

3. It will redirect you to the log-in module

4. Input your username and password

5. Then, click Login

To Enroll Online

1. Select the Enrollment module from the navigation bar.

2. On Enrollment Setup tab, click Continue.

3. Select Class Section on the drop down menu (see number 1)

4. Then, click Continue.

5. To confirm and save enrollment, click Continue.

6. A pop up confirmation will appear

7. Click Close to proceed

8. You will be redirected to the Pre-registration tab for the printing of Pre-registration form.

     You may proceed on the online payment facility.

 

How to use the online payment facility?

1. Click the Online payment module.

2. Choose a payment method. Currently, only Dragon pay is available.

3. Select the Academic Year

4. Then, select payment terms

5. Click Next to proceed

6. Input your email address, then click Pay Now.

7. You will be redirected to dragon pay payment facility.

8. Select your payment option

9. Tick the box to agree with the terms and conditions, then click Select

To Apply Online

1. First, open your browser.

2. Then type https://prism.jmc.edu.ph/public/auth/login in your address bar.

3. It will redirect you to the log-in module

4. Click the New Applicant link (see number 1)

5. You will be redirected to the Online Admission.

6. Fill out the Application form – Personal Information, Educational Background, Applicant Photo, Family Information, Other Information, Required Documents, Entrance Exam Preferred Date

7. Then, click Next

8. Review your application form and read the terms and conditions

9. Click Proceed and Submit to proceed.
