GOAL
Focus on building a good foundation of the department’s structure to realize the school’s VMG through relevant and responsive faculty development plan, sustainable community-based programs and appropriate research projects on creating curricular programs that will equip students with an extensive education in communication and professional competence; and maintaining the highest standards of teaching ethics.
Inculcate into the minds of the business students the principles of ethics and civic responsibilities in developing a real world understanding of business and train them to become more efficient decision makers, competent managers and leaders in the actual work place.
Promote resourcefulness to enhance ecological integrity through establishing tie-ups and linkages via community service, industry immersion and Internship to enrich professionalism;
Provide student trainings to enhance competence; develop the art of effective communication to gain awareness in social and ethical responsibilities, promote teamwork, hone interpersonal skills regardless of tribes, culture and religious denominations;
Educate and develop effective techniques to apply the experiential learning activities such as local, national and international study tours, seminars where the business students can exercise and practice or acquire knowledge and gain experiences in their field of specialization.
