Admission Requirements

Sec. 61, MRPS, Sec. 83, MORPHE, and Sec. 137, TVET–
Admission to any private school is open (to those) who meet (the school’s) specific standards, requirements and regulations xxx.
Freshmen & Transferees
  1. Entrance Examination is going on! (₱ 250.00)
  2. Entrance Examination result
  3. Form 138A (Report Card)/Transfer Credentials with Transcript of Records for Credit Evaluation
  4. Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
  5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  6. Medical Certificate
  7. 2×2 pictures of parents and student
  8. Long brown envelope
Continuing Students
  1. Class Cards
  2. Clearance
  3. Medical Certificate
  4. Evaluation of Scholarship (for JMC scholars)
Foreign Students (additional requirements)
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Report Card/Transfer Credentials
  3. Student Visa from the Bureau of Immigration
  4. Photocopy of Passport with Latest Visa stamped on it
  5. Entrance Exam Result
  6. Medical Certificate

Admission Requirements:
  1. Form 138-A for High School Graduates
  2. Transcript of Records for College Levels and Professionals
  3. Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
  4. 2 Copies (2 x 2 Picture)

Enrollment Procedure

For New Students/Transferees
  1. Take the entrance examination
  2. For GoE scholars/Academic scholars/varsity present your credentials and entrance exam result to the scholarship in-charge.
  3. For transferees, proceed to the program head and present your Official Transcript of Records for evaluation of subjects.
  4. Fill out the Information Sheet and class schedule.
  5. Submit all forms and admission requirements to the admission officer for checking and to the registrar for official enrollment.
  6. Pay school fees to the cashier.
  7. Report to the OSAD Director for interview and signing of the JMC Pledge and Students’ Personal Data (SPD) form.
  8. Fill out the ID form at the printing office, and have your picture taken for your school ID.
  9. Submit Medical certificate to the clinic.
  10. Return the enrollment slip to the Admissions Officer to claim the class cards.
  11. Submit class cards to the instructors during the first day of classes.
For Continuing Students
  1. Present clearance, class cards and GoE Evaluation (for GoE scholars) to the Admissions Officer.
  2. Fill out the Official Registration Form (ORF).
  3. For Varsity and Academic Scholars, proceed to the scholarship coordinator for evaluation of scholarship.
  4. Report to the OSAD Director for interview and Signing of the JMC Pledge and Students’ Personal Data (SPD) Form.
  5. Submit filled-out Information Sheet to the Registrar for official enrollment.
  6. Pay school fees to the cashier.
  7. Submit medical certificate to the school clinic.
  8. Validate school ID.
  9. Return the duly accomplished enrollment slip to the Admissions Officer to claim the class cards.
  10. Submit class cards to the instructors during the first day of classes.

Returning Students
