In 2024, the College of Teacher Education of Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc. has achieved a 100% passing rate twice in a row in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Released on Friday, the September LET performance of the JMCFI-CTE has once more resulted in a 100% passing rate.
It can be recalled that a new roster of professional teachers was added, proving a stellar performance in the March 2024 (LET).
JMCFI celebrates 4 Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) takers and 7 Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) takers hurdled the second regular exam set for this year.
In the national level, a total of 68,900 out of 129,928 (53.03%) hurdled the September 2024 LET.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) named 20,025 elementary teachers out of 44,002 examinees (45.51%) and 48,875 secondary teachers out of 85,926 examinees (56.88%) who successfully passed the exams.
It is also announced that of the 20,025 elementary teacher passers, 16,340 are first timers and 3,685 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 41,190 passers are first timers and 7,685 are repeaters.
The second regular teachers’ board exam this year was administered on Sunday, September 29, 2024, in at least 38 testing centers nationwide and in Bangkok, Thailand.
