The Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc. – Community Extension Services (JMCFI CES) conducted an outreach program on February 28, 2026, at Nasilaban Integrated School, Barangay Palma Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte, providing essential services to the local community.
The outreach included free haircuts, community feeding, and the distribution of goods, school supplies, and books.
The team, led by CES Director Ms. Junalyn Atinen, noted that despite the long travel, the activity was a meaningful and rewarding experience for both volunteers and beneficiaries.
JMCFI CES extends its gratitude to its partner institution, Armed Forces of the Philippine Logistics Command Elementary School (AFPLCES), and to all the stakeholders who helped make the activity a success, including 4 Michael’s Barbershop, Professional Barbers Association, Inc. (PABI), Philippine Navy (PN), Philippine National Police (PNP), the Barangay Local Government Unit, and Indigenous People’s Leaders, Datus, and Chieftains.
Special thanks were also given to JMCFI Integrated Basic Education Department – JHS & PTA, College of Teacher Education, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology for their support in organizing the outreach.
Through initiatives like this, JMCFI continues to uphold its commitment to serve the community and help those in need, a value instilled by the school founder, Rev. Dr. Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy.
