Bachelor of Elementary Education is a four-year program that provides academic and appropriate training for future elementary school teachers of Grades 1 – 6 through the general education courses, professional education, and specialization courses.

- Discuss the rootedness of education in philosophical, sociocultural, historical, psychological, and political contexts to deepen one’s understanding of the dynamics of the teaching-learning process
- Manifest meaningful and comprehensive pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) of the different subject areas to show mastery of subject matter/discipline
- Create innovative curricula, instructional plans, teaching approaches, methodologies, and resources to facilitate appropriate and culturally-relevant learning activities and experiences for diverse learners
- Apply skills both in oral and written communication, higher-order thinking, and use of tools and technology to promote quality, relevant, and sustainable educational practices
- Demonstrate a variety of thinking skills in planning, monitoring, assessing, and reporting learning processes and outcomes
