Hilig bags Best Middle Blocker award in 86th Araw ng Dabaw Women’s Volleyball Tournament

Ashley Crystal Jade Hilig, a BS Criminology student and member of the JMC Royals Women’s Volleyball team, recently proved her mettle in the 86th Araw ng Dabaw Women’s Volleyball tournament held on March 3-5, 2023. Hilig’s exceptional skills on the court earned her the coveted Best Middle Blocker title for her outstanding performance throughout the tournament.

Hilig’s impressive blocking and attacking abilities proved to be a force to reckon with in several key moments during the tournament, earning her recognition as one of the top players in the competition. Her performance helped JMC Royals Women’s Volleyball team to a 2nd runner-up finish in the tournament.

As a BS Criminology student, Hilig’s achievements in the tournament not only showcased her prowess in sports but also highlighted her ability to balance academics and athletics. Her success is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and passion for both her studies and her sport.
