BS Crim stude claims 2 champ titles in Martial Arts tourneys

A third-year Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim) student of Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc. (JMCFI) was hailed champion in a martial arts tournament.

During the OCTOBERFIST 2023, an athletes’ selection grassroots program of the King’s Sword School of Arts and Values (KSSAV), Richard Deligero bested the Wushu Sanda Selection Tournament for 18-year-old-and-up, 62-to-63-kilogram-weigher fighters’ division.

The match was held at NCCC Mall Buhangin, Davao city on Oct. 14, 2023.

14 days after, Deligero bagged another champion title in the OCTOBERFIST Gensan 2023 during the King’s Sword ABKA Martial Arts Tournament, 7th Ariel Mark Tan Cup held at Robinson’s Place, General Santos City on Oct. 28.

As of now, Deligero is preparing for his national game on Dec. 17 this year.
