DAVAO CITY — Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc. celebrates six new civil engineers to its growing roster of board passers, following the release of the November 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE) results.
The JMarian community extends its warmest congratulations to the official passers:

- SEBIAL, MARC CAÑAL

Their achievement reflects dedication, perseverance, and the strong academic foundation provided by the JMCFI College of Engineering.
National Results Released by PRC
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 4,268 out of 14,043 examinees successfully passed the November 2025 CELE, yielding a national passing rate of 30.39%. The examination was held last November 22–23, 2025, across 19 testing centers nationwide.
The results were released five (5) working days after the final exam day, in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 2099 s. 2025.
The Board of Civil Engineering that facilitated the exam was composed of:

- Engr. Pericles P. Dakay, Member
- Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Member
Registration and Oath-Taking
Passers may begin securing their Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration starting December 26, 2025, through the PRC’s online registration portal.
The schedule and venue for the mass oath-taking ceremony will be announced soon by the Commission.
A Milestone for JMCFI
This accomplishment is a proud moment for JMCFI, as the institution continues to produce competent and industry-ready engineering graduates. The six new civil engineers carry with them the excellence and values championed by the school.
