Showcasing their exceptional math skills, four students from JMarian have qualified for the prestigious Prime Mathematics Young Mathematicians Circle! VP for Integrated Basic Education, Mr. Bryan T. Alberto, MAEd, LPT, announced the exciting news today. The talented students are Margeaux Croix Maluya (Grade 2), Haniel Alfaro (Grade 3), Keishlee Jorojoro (Grade 4), and Knight Durano (Grade 5).
This competition, organized by Scholastic Asia, saw participation from several schools across the Philippines. Scholastic will be selecting the top 10-20 explainer videos per grade level, and the winners will have the opportunity to join the elite Young Mathematicians’ Circle of PR1ME Math.
The winners will be revealed during the PR1ME Math Olympiad Awarding Ceremony on March 14, 2023, and each winner will be awarded a medal and a premium Scholastic book pack. Additionally, the winners will be invited to an exclusive virtual Math Workshop sponsored by Scholastic during the summer break.
