JMarian social workers narrated how they prepared for the board exam.

Nag-enroll ko for review center, but akoang review center is through online, so ako lang ang nalahi sa amoang batch kay nag face to face sila,” Rondave Arabilla, one of the takers shared.

Queen Marie Rendon, another taker, shared that she first consolidated all the requirements she needed to attend review center classes. “Also, I prepared all the major books na needed din po sa review,” Rendon further said.

In an interview with The JMarian, new RSWs generally found the exam to be a bit difficult.

Lisud if wala ka niagi og review. Wala man nako gina-discourage nga mag-self study, pero dako jud kaayo og tabang ang review center,” Patrick C. Doropan, another taker, said.

It’s quite difficult lalo na yung SWPP kasi halos Roman numeral yung choices,” Hannah U. Manding, another taker, revealed.

According to the PRC, 3,878 out of 6,833 test takers passed the examination, given by the Board for Social Workers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Kidapawan, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga earlier this month.

The results were released three (3) working days after the last day of examination was held.
